CHEF NICK

Master Chef Nick has worked in a variety of business types. But his passion has long been to serve others by SERVING food that is notable in appearance, a delight to the taste, and as nutritious as it is appealing!

Nick studied nutrition and once operated a health food store. Then he began to climb the culinary ladder, rising to sous chef positions in several large and rather famous restaurants and country clubs on Florida's Atlantic Coast.

Classic Deli Cafe is a dream in the making for Nick; a deliberate choice to move from corporate employers and privileged eaters to a deeper level of relationships with ordinary and even sometimes-looked-down-on folks.

Easily Accessible

Classic Deli Cafe is a couple blocks toward Downtown Cleveland from the Blue Springs Rd. exit on APD 40. And that exit is just a few miles east of I-75 Exit 20.

Closer than You Think

From the heart of Downtown, Classic Deli Cafe is a ten-minute drive. (Just head south on Broad Street and keep-a-goin' as it becomes Blue Springs Rd.)

Of course we are a similar drive - or less - from most factories, warehouses, and all the dealerships along or near APD 40. --AND we are happily close to the many neighborhoods of SE and SW Cleveland that so often have felt the need for such more dining options!
